Reservation Policies:
The room fares include breakfast, heating, water, electicity, daily change of towels, change of linen every two days, taxes and service. The long distance calls are not included. Breakfast between 8.30am to 10.30am. Check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Check-out before 10.30 am Please advise if you need extra time. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required during the weekends. Moreover a minimum number of nights may be required depending on the season and on the availability of the rooms. SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. Concordia srl shall not be liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from acts, omissions, or negligence of the guests of Ortaglia. The use of the swimming-pool is strictly reserved to our guests, who must behave in a way not to be prejudicial to the safety of the other bathers. The use of the swimming pool is on your own responsibility and at your own risk. Please be also fully aware that there is not any life-guard on duty at the swimming-pool. In order not to disturb the other guests, the swimming-pool cannot be used from 10 pm to 9 am.

Cancellation policies:
There is no penalty for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival. The payment will be made at the check-out. Cancellations made between 30 to 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a fee of 30% of the amount of your reservation (minimum charge one night). Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a fee of 50% of the amount of your reservation with a minimum charge of one night. NO SHOW: In case of failure to arrive without any written advanced communication, the full amount of your booked stay will be charged to your credit card.
